Information for District Meet Tomorrow
Please note the following details concerning the district meet tomorrow: Set up is complete for the meet tomorrow in Texas City. Per the facility director we have made the spectator seating by the main pool as a come and go viewing only (no set up in this area, stadium seats, or saving seats). The stands by the warm-up pool can have stadium seats. We have access to gym 2 for parents to sit in - you may bring lawn chairs but you MUST have a towel underneath it to protect the gym floor. The stands will be cleared out after several of the awards breaks - similar to how this was done at Friendswood last year. No parents without a deck pass will be allowed on deck, except during awards so that you may take pictures. ***We must provide 2 timers for the entirety of the meet. We will need parents to rotate each hour and take a timing shift*** Each team has stands on deck to sit in, one set of stands per team. No swimmers will be allowed to sit in the spectator stands. Admission is $4 for adults, $2 for students District shirts will be on sale for $18 each, quantities are limited. Heat sheets will be available for $2 Concessions are available We are accepting cash and credit cards tlwise01 | January 24, 2019 at 4:36 pm | Categories: Uncategorized | URL: https://wp.me/p2Mort-1l0 Tryouts for the 2019 season will be held Monday January 28th from 3:30pm-4:30pm. Open pools will be on the following dates: 1/23, 1/30, 2/4, 2/6, 2/8, 2/11 and 2/13. Team shirts are a requirement and will be ordered online through EastBay. I’ll share the link as soon as the team store is live. Orders will be due by Feb 1. We recommend to order a size up. Hoodies will also be available. More info about suits to follow at try-outs. Game schedule will also be provided at try outs. Looking forward to seeing everybody! Coach Ford

Thanks for ya'll's consideration! www.signupgenius.com/go/30E0B4DA8AF28ABFA7-usawater Springs athletes are welcome to play anywhere it says Bay Area, but need to trade their time by working at the table as well. See ya'll then!
Happy Friday Everybody! I wanted to get in touch with everybody before the weekend. What an incredible intersquad meet we had last night! I am very proud of how hard everybody is working. We had a boys relay TIE and a couple of people swim personal bests already. Let keep the intensity high as we start moving into competitive meets. Next week will be a recovery week. Morning practice will begin Monday-Friday at 6:15am. For afternoon practice, MWF will be finished at 3pm and 2:30pm on T/TR. We have a dual meet at home against Creek and Alvin on Wednesday (10/3) that begins at 5:30pm, and an invite on Saturday (10/6) that begins at 9am. Our warm-up time is 7:45am, and the bus will leave from Clear Springs at 7am. Please continue to push the fundraiser at home! We are doing a great job so far and we are halfway there! Reinforce to the athletes that they only qualify for the prizes at each tier. I ask that you guys try your best to get 20 emails in on each athlete. Attached is the meet invite for Saturday and the booster club minutes from September. Hope everybody has a great weekend!
